A few months ago, S. and I decided to write a hiking guide together. You know, Hiking in Macedonia, something like that. Ofcourse our Big Plan dissolved into the background. But we finally decided to get together again to see if we are really up for it.

No regular Wednesday for me this week, but a weird mix and match of being a tourist, being a freelancer and being a Dutchie in a different country.

The stormy wind of last night still hasn’t quite subsided. It’s still adventurous to walk on the promenade. But Mom is very determined. “I’m here now, so I want to see it”. So, off we go!

After a whole day in the countryside, it’s time to drive all the way from the east to the southwest. Macedonia is a small country, but the mountains make the trip quite lenghty. They also make the trip quite panoramic though!

On Saturday evening, we are all fighting to stay awake, since Easter will start at midnight.
